Refund Policy

We want you to be thrilled with your Brand Stamp order. Because every piece is custom produced for you, the key moment in our process is artwork approval.

Once you receive your digital artwork proof, please check everything carefully: spelling, sizing, logo placement, colours, and product details. As noted on every proof, approving it confirms your commitment to proceed and to the payment terms set out in your invoice.

Once you approve your artwork proof, production begins and your order is locked in. From that point we're unable to offer a refund or accept a return, as the items are made bespoke to your specification.
